Basic Questions about battling other Guilds - Guild Wars Forums

Ok so from what I gather the concept of this game is to be not as focused on leveling and more so on actually having skills to battle with and such, and using roleplaying mode to make your character strong with weapons, skills, ect, and then organizing a guild to take on other guilds for fame and domination . Do I have this right so far?

Soooo I just have a few questions...

1. How do I make a Guild? How do I get people going with Guild capes and getting us as a person on the ladder?

2. When I crate a Guild in the game and start winning/losing do my wins/losses immediatley start being tracked via the website and their ladder?

3. Where can I access the ladder of all the guilds? From what I see its not on the website yet.

4. How do I initiate a Guild battle and get all that organized? How do I "Challenge" A guild?

5. When I defeat a guild, what kind of thing do I get to show for my work besides a better win/loss on the website? I heard something about "fame points" or something? Where do I access my Guild status within the game? Is it even possible to see your guilds stats in the actual game?

6.How is the "Tournament" battling different form normal Guild vs. Guild battling? I heard something about you representing your "Region" and battling for "region supremacy"? Do you battle Guilds from othetr regions or something?

7. PvP Arenas; are these ranked? Are they as a big deal as Guild battling? Whats the dealio yo yo?

Wohoooo a lot of questions I know but what can I say I just wanna get the most out of this awesome game! Your guys ROCK! That'd be aweosme if you could answer them! Wohoo long live Guild Wars!
